We are a Cairo team that designs, builds and looks after online stores for fashion, jewellery, fragrance and beauty brands in Egypt — mostly on Shopify, with custom features where an app falls short.

What usually goes wrong
Most stores don't fail at launch. They fail quietly, afterwards.
These are the problems brands bring to us most often. None of them is solved by a new theme on its own.
Shopping on a phone is hard work
Most of your visitors arrive from Instagram, on their phones. Slow pages, fiddly filters and a long checkout lose them before they buy.
Orders still need hands
Copying orders to the courier, updating stock in a spreadsheet, answering the same WhatsApp questions. We connect what can be connected and build what can't.
You want something no app does well
Wholesale prices for trade customers, bundles, made-to-order options. We build the feature instead of stacking apps that fight each other.

Shopify Payments isn't offered in Egypt, so we set up a local card gateway such as Paymob alongside cash on delivery, and test every path before launch.
Testing before launch
Our testers browse, search, add to cart and pay on real phones. What they find is fixed before you see it.

The store review
Thirty minutes, on your store.
- On video, booked through our calendar.
- We open your store on a phone with you and go through a product page, the cart and checkout.
- We look at the theme and apps you rely on, and anything you already know is broken.
- You leave with the three things we'd fix first, in plain language.
- No cost, no obligation. If a theme or a simpler platform is enough for now, we'll say so.

Questions
What brands ask us
Do you only work with fashion brands?
Fashion, jewellery, fragrance, beauty and lifestyle brands are most of our store work. We also build for other consumer brands, such as iSweet.
Can you take over a site someone else built?
Yes. We start by reviewing the theme, apps and code, then tell you what we'd keep, fix or rebuild before we quote.
Will a new store increase our sales?
We don't promise sales figures; nobody honest can. We fix what's clearly getting in buyers' way, set up analytics so you can see what changes, and agree before we start what we'll measure.
Do you work with brands selling to Saudi Arabia or the UAE?
Case by case. Payment options differ by market, so tell us where you sell and we'll be clear about what we have and haven't done before.
How do card payments work for online stores in Egypt?
Shopify Payments isn't offered in Egypt or Saudi Arabia (it is in the UAE), so Egyptian stores use a local card gateway such as Paymob, usually alongside cash on delivery. We set up the options you need and test every path — paid, refunded, failed, cash on delivery — before launch.
Who owns the site and the code?
You do. Accounts, code and content are handed over to you on final payment.
What does a store cost?
It depends on design, catalogue size, integrations and custom features. We quote a fixed price after the discovery call.
