Job Description:

Lumos Solutions is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to lead and deliver technology and business projects from inception to completion. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and business analysts
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies
• Communicate project status, milestones, and updates to stakeholders and senior management
• Manage client relationships and ensure expectations are aligned throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct post-project reviews and document lessons learned
• Ensure projects comply with company standards, processes, and quality benchmarks

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a tech or software environment
• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar)
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field
