Data Deletion Instructions
Lumos Solutions respects your privacy and provides users with the ability to request deletion of their personal data.
If you have connected our services with third-party platforms such as Facebook or Instagram, you may request deletion of the data associated with your account.
How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your data:
Send an email to

“Data Deletion Request”Include the following information:
Your name
The email address associated with your account
A brief description of your request
Once we receive a verified request, we will process the deletion within a reasonable timeframe and remove the associated data from our systems unless retention is required for legal purposes.
Facebook / Instagram Data Removal
If you would like to remove Lumos Solutions access to your Facebook or Instagram account, you may also remove the application directly from your platform settings:
Go to Facebook Settings
Navigate to Apps and Websites
Locate Lumos Solutions
Click Remove
This will revoke access to your data from our application.
